Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt Use plain Greek yogurt for a thick and creamy base.
  • 1/2 cup nut butter Choose almond or peanut butter for richness.
  • 1/2 cup protein powder Vanilla, chocolate, or unflavored options work well.
  • 1/4 cup sweetener Maple syrup or honey adds sweetness without refined sugar.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Enhances flavor and aroma of the cups.
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats or almond flour Provides texture and health benefits.
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips Adds a touch of indulgence to each bite.
  • 1 pinch salt Balances flavors and enhances sweetness.

Method

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, nut butter, sweetener, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and creamy, ensuring there are no lumps left behind.
  2. Add the protein powder along with your choice of rolled oats or almond flour into the mixture. Toss in the mini chocolate chips and a pinch of salt before mixing everything until well incorporated.
  3. Line a muffin tin with liners to prevent sticking and simplify serving. Spoon the prepared mixture evenly into each muffin cup, filling them about three-quarters full.
  4. Place the muffin tin in the freezer for 1–2 hours or until the cups are firm enough to hold their shape when removed from the tin.
  5. Once frozen, let the cups sit at room temperature for about 5 minutes before serving to soften slightly. Enjoy your healthy treats straight from the freezer or store them for later!
