Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt Use full-fat yogurt for creaminess and flavor.
  • 1/4 cup powdered peanut butter Brands like pb fit or pb2 work well.
  • 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter Adds richness and a smooth texture.
  • 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup This natural sweetener balances the flavors.
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips Opt for lower sugar options.
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil Helps in melting the chocolate smoothly.
  • Flaky sea salt For topping (optional).

Method

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the full-fat Greek yogurt, powdered peanut butter, creamy peanut butter, and maple syrup. Stir well until all ingredients are fully blended into a smooth mixture.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine dark chocolate chips and coconut oil. Heat in short intervals, stirring between each interval until the mixture is completely smooth and glossy.
  3. Fold half of the melted chocolate mixture into your yogurt mix gently to create a delightful swirl effect.
  4. Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or ice cube trays, filling them about three-quarters full. Drizzle the remaining melted chocolate on top of each portion before adding a sprinkle of flaky sea salt if desired.
  5. Place your molds in the freezer and allow them to set for at least two hours or until completely firm.
  6. Serve immediately as a refreshing snack or dessert option. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks.
